About the Artwork
The American Goldfinch often symbolizes positivity, abundance, and the importance of staying joyful. Goldfinches are believed to carry spiritual messages, encouraging resilience and the need to embrace changes gracefully. When life gets challenging as it has been for me this past year, I turn to my artwork to remind myself of all the beauty and joy that surrounds me. After I finished painting this little guy, it felt as though a weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
