About the Artwork:
I sailed along the coastline of Lake Michigan in Chicago. We made it out to the old lighthouse off of Navy Pier and I had never seen it that close up before. The whitecaps glistened in the moonlight and the waves gently rocked the boat in a way that a mother rocks her baby to sleep. I went to my happy place and the whole evening was quite magical.
